As far as the issue of Juvenile delinquency is concerned, it refers to criminal attitude by the people of low-age group however the age limit may vary from country to country.
So far the upbringing of children and their look after are traditionally linked with mothers but the argument that juvenile delinquency arises from the fact that many married women now work and are not at home to care for their children is in no way justifiable. This perspective is somewhat outdated and over-simplified.
It is crucial to note that issues like juvenile delinquency stem from a multitude of factors including emotional issues, disturbed mental health, the influence of bad company, lack of positive role models, poverty, a sense of deprivation, peer influence, and many others.
